Shenandoah Valley Wine & Balloon Festival October 20, 21 & 22, 2000 |
The festival is an annual evented. It is held at Historic Longbranch, near Winchester Virginia. More than 30 hot air balloons plus 8 PPC's. The weather was perfect for flying all day, each day. This gallery is a collection of film shot by my friends and guests at this event. Enjoy :-) |
